  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays in processing. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the chosen shipping method.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

3. Shipping Address

It is important to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. ZinoStyle is not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping details to ensure the delivery reaches the correct destination.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may not be able to modify your shipping address if the order has already been processed or shipped.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, your location, and the carrier. While we strive to deliver all orders on time, external factors such as weather, holidays, or postal delays can affect delivery times. Below are the estimated delivery times for standard shipping:
